True Blue Fellowship
- eligible applicants: youth (ages 13-24), students (including classes, groups, clubs, or organizations), new or emerging projects that are less than two years old
- topics: creative arts projects related to safeguarding the ocean, waterways, and/or the climate

Ocean Awareness Contest
- eligible applicants: junior division (ages 11-14), senior division (ages 15-18)
