Funding Criteria

- site focused community-based resource management for areas with high ecological and cultural significance
- priority concerns: mining, logging, unsustainable agricultural and fishing practices, renewable energy, solid waste and air pollution, climate change and disaster risk reduction, and urbanization and land conversion:
- project strategies include Constituency Building, Advocacy, Research, Environmental Defense, and Sites:

- registration with Securities and Exchange Commission, Cooperative Development Authority, Department of Labor and Employment – Bureau of Rural Workers
- operation for minimum 3 years
